Penguins' Feelings Parade

Penguins' Feelings Parade was created to help children understand, name and celebrate their emotions in a fun a gentle way. Just like the penguins in the story, our feelings change throughout the day. Each feeling has a purpose and gives our bodies clues about what we might need. This story draws inspiration from the zones of regulation, a framework often used in schools to teach emotional awareness. 

Every colour and every feeling belongs in the parade.
